Follow the scents of aromatic plants through the Healing Garden and explore how everyday choices can help us care for the land in a changing climate. Discover our emerging food forest, pocket gardens, and initiatives in mulching, solar power, rainwater collection, and creative reuse.

We’ll share what we’re trying and learning—and invite you to share your own practices, questions, and ideas so we can learn from one another. Leave with practical inspiration for your own space.

Finish with our signature cold aromatic towels prepared with estate-distilled hydrosols from oregano, eucalyptus or bamboo, a refreshing drink, and a simple snack.
